The Primary Executive Network Reference Group is made up of two representatives from each of the Primary Executive Organising committees, a Principal liaison from each of the three networks, a Quality Teaching consultant and a School Education Director.

The reference group meets regularly to clearly map the direction of professional learning for primary executive staff in Sydney Region and to coordinate upcoming professional learning experiences being offered to executives by each of the three networks.

A responsibility of the reference group is to formulate strategies that will promote professional learning opportunities equitably to executive staff across Sydney Region and to ensure that the opportunities being offered are both diverse and relevant in nature to those participating.
